Did you know I started a new career in real estate at the beginning of this year and I want to be a resource for you! Yes, that's right. At the start of 2022 I went full time with a new career in real estate. Though I obtained my license in 2021 to help with my personal efforts in real estate investing, I decided to go full time as an agent to help others buy and sell real estate. And the result? I'M OBSESSED! It allows me to do everything I love every single day; look at properties, help people become investors, find their dream home, downsize to the forever home, all while being my own boss (well for the most part!) I get to help people solve real problems every single day and that's my true passion.
I’ve had a huge realization in my first nine months; we don’t need more real estate agents! We need real estate advisors. I see real estate agents as someone that helps a client through a single transaction. But the money spent in real estate is a large sum and making the wrong mistake can cost someone a lot of money. It’s also something that is ongoing and just because the transaction has closed and everyone has left the closing table doesn’t mean that buyers and sellers don’t need continuous assistance. The right real estate advisor can continue providing value throughout the home ownership process. He/She can advise on how to stay current on home maintenance, which upgrades will have the best impact when it’s time to sell, changes in the market or home values and on and on. Also, when it comes to real estate investing a real estate advisor (especially an investor themselves) can provide resources, access to deals, and a continuos partnership through the journey!
